What is the procedure for making a return or exchange?

To make a return you must go to your account and edit a good return.
Log into your account click return or exchange then select the item you wish to return. You must specify the reason for return.

After validation, you can print your voucher and attach to your parcel. In the absence of good will not return records. No refunds will therefore take place in his absence. No returns will be accepted if the item has been worn and washed. The item must be in original packaging (plastic bag) with the label on the garment


My article presents a quality defect

Despite all the care and control that we do before every command it is possible that some defect remain. In this case you have 7 days to sent the package by editing a good return on your account.


My articles are not the ones I ordered?

Despite the care we take in preparing orders and despite the quality control we do before each shipment, it may exceptionally you receive an item you did not order or you are not intended. In this case you have a period of 7 days (from date of shipment) return it to us. Upon receipt of your return, you'll be repaid within a maximum period of 30 days.


If I return an item when am I refunded?

Once approved your return, the refund will be within 30 days.
